Packing Operator

Job Description :
A leading Food & Grocery Retail company in Europe (producing a full line of grocery, industrial, food service, and specialty products) is hiring Packing Operators to join their growing team.
Work locations are available across Poland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, and Cyprus.
📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate automated packing line(s) and related equipment to meet safety, quality, and production standards
- Load/unload vehicles with packaged goods
- Process computerized packing sheets and maintain proper records
- Supply lines with packaging equipment
- Carry out cleaning duties and maintain worksite hygiene
- Monitor line performance and material usage, reporting any issues
✅ Requirements:
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good command of English (oral & written)
- Strong teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing/packing experience is desired (but not mandatory)
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: €900 – €1,100 (depending on country and experience)
- Work schedule: Day shifts, 8–9 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Accommodation provided: Hostel-style (2–3 people/room)
- Utility fees covered by the employee
