Job Description :

A leading European civil engineering contractor delivering innovative infrastructure and building solutions is looking for motivated Electrician Assistant Operatives to join the team.

This role offers full training in electrical installation and the opportunity to work in projects across Poland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, and Cyprus under the supervision of qualified electricians.

📌 Role Overview:

  • Support certified electricians with installation and maintenance tasks
  • Cut, strip, and bend electrical wires as required
  • Trace short circuits using test meters and identify faults
  • Check for loose connections or missing insulation
  • Carry out safe and economical repair and maintenance work
  • Assist with tools, materials, and preparation of work sites

✅ Requirements:

  • Basic English communication
  • Some previous electrical work experience (desired, but not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety and codes
  • Ability to follow schematics and technical manuals
  • Good health and physical fitness
  • Confident, reliable, and a team player
  • Willing to work overtime if required

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: €950–€1200 (depending on country and project)
  • Work schedule: Day shifts, 9–10 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Accommodation provided (2–3 people/room, hostel-style)
  • Utility fees partly covered by the employee
